Chinese retreat policy!

Chinese Army is named as People’s Liberation Army (PLA). It is usually headed by General Secretary of the ruling political party i.e. Communist Party of China. In principle it is formed to help maintain cause of communist ideology among the people in China and empowered to take strong action against them going against. Dissemination of ruling party’s activities and to put those in order throughout the country are of prime importance within the PLA’s discipline.   In practice it is under control of the civilians and thus it is responsible for the  Ruling Party but not for the country. At present Xi Jinping holds both the post i.e. Head of the Govt and Chief of the Party. In true sense PLA is not working on the principle of liberation but on suppression of common man’s rights. It is mandatary for every citizen of China to give their two-year service to PLA. In case of denial they are punished. They are denied Govt. jobs, Air Travail facilities, School and College going. They are socially boycotted and to repay the expenditure incurred on him.

China plays various games fulfilling the need of small and weak countries under its expansive programme. It provides them economic and securities helps to such extent that cannot be possible to repay by those countries. It threatens those not accepting its offer. In such circumstances It select the site on loc/lac and claim its own area. It plays mind games by displaying videos of PLA’s acts of jumping, riding, and shootings after deployment of its Army on disputed site. Using psychological war tactics, it likes to exert pressure to dispossess them on the said area.

China knows its weakness and so it will not inter in direct war with India. These days it has prepared two pets including a new one Nepal to distract Indian approaches on Chinese diplomacy over global economy and security. Boarder issue between India and Pakistan is old and an unprecedented boarder issue has been raised by Nepal on Chinese provocation. Chinese objective is to implicate India in boarder issues. China wants that India should remain involved in its internal issues, and to hold up its increasing political and diplomatic strength in world.

The entire set of PLA are not dedicated and devoted to the nation, as most of them join half-heartedly. China is reducing its number of soldiers per year. It is ten lakhs. This compulsion has been arisen due to its one child policy. Now this has been abrogated since 2015. Most of is infantries are in their middle age. They cannot sustain continued day and night war. They are inexperienced in conventional war. They are weak in operation of air fighter planes. They have a little experience of joint military operation with other countries.

In comparison, India has fourteen lakh soldiers. It has vast experience of combat and war. Indian joining army feel proud of it. The citizens have great honour for them. Good coordination among the three wings of armed forces is a positive aspect to win a war, which China lacks. China should remember the exploit of Indian Army in its sorrow defeat in 1967 war at Nathula Boarder in Sikkim. China knows India is not of 1962. The world had witnessed defeat of China in Vietnam war. Currently China left the Dokhlam site in Bhutan. India supported Bhutan and China had no option but to vacate the site. In 2015 in South Sudan where Chinese in UN Peace forces fled away from the disturbed site to their camp, shame.

China is a business-oriented nation. It cannot look over economic loss which is surely expected if relation between India and China goes bad. It is under tremendous international pressure due to the spread of Covid-19 for which it must pay. On this issue, question on leadership of Xi Jingpin is being aired in some corners of the Communist Party of China. It is a fact that Xi Jinping, a self- proclaimed leader of the world has failed to get consensus on Covid-19 pandemic and his diplomacy of being a global economic leader has been scarred. Xi Jingpin fears the growing height of Indian diplomacy in global prospect under leadership of PM Modi. India is committed to its sovereignty.

China under its previous strategy, first declared LOC/LAC disputed and claims its territory beyond this. Deployment of Army on the so-called site and displaying war like videos to frustrate the Indians was its second move. Watched its effect, got sorry, started violent tug against the resolution on the table on 15th of June 2020 night.  Chinese concealment of the loss of life of its soldiers are also part of its psychological war which went in vain . China could not understand the potential of India under PM Modi. India is committed to its sovereignty and integrity. Retreat is the third and last move of China’s War which is being worked out. Retreat is a major part of its war policy. China must retreat in a day or two.
